Last week I went in to ask if they can assist me in switching devices. Originally I had tried to do this over the phone and due to circumstances (metro tech support is outsourced and poorly trained) my service was disconnected. Sales lady w/ pink hair asked if she could be of assistance but was short, rude, and incompetent. Long story short, she didn't belp me switch my devices, she wasn't even WILLING to find out why (cuz it's not her job as customer care) and she tried to charge me $23 to get my service back on...when it was Metro PCS that made this whole issue problem to begin with! Never experienced such a lack of work ethic, knowledge in their own field, and care for a client. Absolutely unreal.

Paid phone bill there and was quick and fast, friendly staff who knew what they were talking about regarding phones, services and overall knowledge regarding cell phone specific questions. Would recommend this store location to a new and/or existing customer of MetroPCS!

I went in and was told that if i switched my phone on my second line that i could get the hotspot from there. Cost me 30 dollars to do it. Found out quickly that it was not the case. I asked for my money back because i can't use it and was told no. I called metropcs and they told me that it was the stores problem. So i lost 30 dollars. Horrible customer service. EDITED-- Metro contacted me and refunded my money. I changed my review to reflect the fact that they addressed it. Thanks.

Bought a new phone because my phone screen was cracked, after paying for the p.o.c they offered a discount on screen protectors and cases. They failed to inform me without either of those it would break less then 12 hrs of buying it. I'm sitting in the room now with an employee telling me there's nothing they could do without the insurance they never asked if I wanted. Before I was helped I heard someone else in the phone with the employee about the same issue

AWFUL!! We went in to buy two new phones and were treated like criminals. The manager was snotty and spent over 2 minutes looking at my drivers license and credit card in order to make sure I was actually the card holder. How hard is it to match names? Whenever she wanted to say something rude, she spoke to her coworker in Spanish. Unfortunately (for her), I knew exactly what she was saying. We were on the phone with MetroPCS Customer Service while in the store and they ended up waving fees because of the way we were being treated. Customer service told us to just buy phones & leave so we could activate them for free; however, the owner would NOT LET US LEAVE THE STORE without activating the phones, even though that is what MetroPCS told us to do. The owner was more interested in immediately getting his $30 then providing good customer service. As a business owner, I do everything possible to make my clients happy. Keeping a client is certainly worth $30, but the owner of this store clearly doesn't care about his customers. On top of it all, this store sells phone cases for $20+ when you can buy them on Amazon for under $10. MetroPCS has treated us well, but we will never, ever go to this store again. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Day 1, Spent 3 hours in store they guaranteed our phones would be working within 24 hours. Nope. They can't port our phone over from Cellular one apparently but still guaranteed phone service. Went back spent another 1.5 hours there, phone still not working. Called twice to have the store manager call me, still waiting he hasn't returned my call. 11 days in, phone still not working, manager still hasn't called. Went back for another 2 hours yesterday and still they can't get the phone working. Also gave 4 different prices on our plan. 11 days and 6 hours and counting of our lives and still nothing!

I want to start off by saying that Amber was a very nice and tried to be helpful as possible being there for only 2 weeks as she in formed me an i want to clarify that she was sweet and nice to the customers. She how ever was left in a store at night to work alone with the most minimal training and had to call not only another employee but her manager over at least 5 times in the hour time frame it took to complete my transaction. She was trying to do her best but seemed nervous that she may mess up. I will shop there again only because Amber was working very hard to have awesome customer service with no job knowledge. I want to say shame on the manager for leaving a high school student to close a store alone and not give her the adiquit tranning. That made your employee, your store, and your self look utterly unprofessional.

The store provides an excellent experiment for new and preexisting customers. I switched over from cricket in hope of getting a free phone, not only did the employees go above and beyond to help learn the phone, they also helped me transfer my contacts, pictures, and set up the phone the way I wanted it. They put me on a really good promotional plan and gave me a HUGE discount on a case to insure I don't break the phone. The new management really takes care of their people and works on resolving any issues that may come up.

I opened the phone charger cable and noticed that it was an HDMI cable and not a charging cable. So I returned to the desk and asked just to return all items. The idiot at the counter fumbled around and ended up calling her manager on the phone for refund. The manager said that they DO NOT accept refunds on accessories. I left pissed off andcame back a while later. I talked to the manager on the phone and he thought that reading my the return policy would help. The policy is clearly printed on the wall stating that devices AND accessories may be returned. The clerk couldn't do anything and told me that a manager would be back 2 days later. I'll be sure to be there bright and early! Don't use this store if you want quality customer service and legal policies!
