Best yoga studio in Englewood, Colorado (CO) 2024

I love this studio. If you truly want hot yoga (hot and humid) and you like to sweat, this is the place for you. The teachers are friendly and the studio is clean. The practice is either 60 or 80 minutes and it is the same sequence each time. The first half of class is traditional and the second half of class is a vinyasa flow style. Great workout! Anara was my first yoga teacher and has influenced my practice, giving me confidence to move forward. When I began attending Anar's classes I noticed that the quality of my practice changed: I became more mindful and focused.
