I love this studio. If you truly want hot yoga (hot and humid) and you like to sweat, this is the place for you. The teachers are friendly and the studio is clean. The practice is either 60 or 80 minutes and it is the same sequence each time. The first half of class is traditional and the second half of class is a vinyasa flow style. Great workout! Lots of fun.

This studio is absolutely amazing! If you want a great workout and enjoy it at the same time this is the place for you. The instructors make you feel comfortable yet push you at the same time. Laura (the owner of the studio) makes sure to make you feel very welcome.

All people who works there is amazing!!! Great vibe 🍃 challenge workout and increible yoga flow 🧘🏾🧘🏻♀️ everybody is super friendly 💞 and I have been enjoy also the pilates class. Perfect combination to meditate, stretch and feel loved 💚 100% recommended

I've gone to this studio for hot yoga on and off for almost a year now. I absolutely love this place. The facilities are immaculate, the staff is friendly and makes an effort to know your name, and of course they offer a great workout. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hot yoga studio. I particularly love Megan's 5:45 PM class on Monday nights!

This place does hot yoga right! The flow of the structure of class is my favorite part. I love the tempos of the class. the changing rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommended! I think they have an introductory week as well

Had the chance to visit this studio twice while on vacation. The routine was awesome and was unlike any other hot yoga class I have taken. Instructors could not have been more welcoming. Class had a wide mix of music genres which I enjoy. Facility is clean with locker rooms for clean-up if needed. Felt great throughout the day after both classes.
