If you buy a hat here they FORCE you to pay for water repellent at $3.98 per hat. The repellent smells horrible, like a heavy mix of hairspray and gasoline. Returned 2 brand new hats 5 minutes after purchase because the smell was so bad, the $3.98 per hat was non refundable. The employee said the charge is automatic in the system and non refundable.
