Best window treatment store in Littleton, Colorado (CO) 2024

I ordered a bedroom set on March 10th 2022... after repeated delays I was told that I expect a call for delivery on or about May 25th 2022. Having not received a call as of My 29th, 2022, I checked my order status on the Pottery Barn website and noted that the bed portion of the order had been cancelled. I received no notification what-so-ever. I suppose if I hadn't taken the time to check the order status, I would have received a dresser and nightstand, but, no bed - on some distant future date. Upon calling in to customer service, I was told that the bed was discontinued and that portion of my order was cancelled as a result. I pointed out that the Pottery Barn website showed the bed as having 'arrived at delivery center' and 'awaiting other items in order' - the response was that this was completely inaccurate and misleading as the bed had never been available. And so, I cancelled the order in its entirety. Terrible customer experience... ~Robert
