I ordered a bedroom set on March 10th 2022... after repeated delays I was told that I expect a call for delivery on or about May 25th 2022. Having not received a call as of My 29th, 2022, I checked my order status on the Pottery Barn website and noted that the bed portion of the order had been cancelled. I received no notification what-so-ever. I suppose if I hadn't taken the time to check the order status, I would have received a dresser and nightstand, but, no bed - on some distant future date. Upon calling in to customer service, I was told that the bed was discontinued and that portion of my order was cancelled as a result. I pointed out that the Pottery Barn website showed the bed as having 'arrived at delivery center' and 'awaiting other items in order' - the response was that this was completely inaccurate and misleading as the bed had never been available. And so, I cancelled the order in its entirety. Terrible customer experience...

Walked in ready to buy a $1300 dollar chair my wife had picked out but none of the staff could be bothered to look up from their phones - mind you we were the only ones in the store. Once a rich looking couple came into the store they were all tripping over themselves to help out. My suggestion make sure you look well off before going in store

Just spent 10 minutes in this store with my whole family because we wanted to buy a bunk for our daughters. We were the only family/person in the store and the employees couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge our presence. Its no wonder people shop online more these days.

Ordered a rocking chair on December 11, 2021 (we were promised it was in stock and ready to ship). Finally scheduled in home delivery for January 17th between 7am and 12pm. On January 17th at 8:30am delivery was canceled with no explanation or notification. I called to find out what was going on and was told it was never even on the truck and they have no idea why. Absolutely terrible customer service, my wife and I rearranged our entire day to be home for the delivery.

Stephanie was so helpful, she went above and beyond to answer all my questions, concerns and made it simple and easy to get my order processed. I hung up the phone as a completely satisfied customer. Thank you for the excellent customer service! ***UPDATE*** Yes I had a great experience with the ordering process. But the delivery process was a nightmare. I ordered my child’s mattress June 8th and my estimated delivery date was July 11th-23rd. I received a call on July 19th that my delivery date had to be cancelled because they did not have my mattress. Turns out my mattress was “lost” along the way. I called on July 23rd to follow up since I didn’t hear any updates if and when a replacement was going to be sent. The gal I spoke with said the estimated delivery date was going to be August 4th-18th. I FINALLY received my child’s mattress on September 9th! I also received an email on November 9th that my mattress was going to be delivered February 2nd 2022. They must have found my “lost” mattress??? With the “White Glove” delivery you’re looking at paying $800+ for a twin mattress. This will be my last purchase with PBK.

They have furniture, make believe toys, bedding, rugs and decor - the perfect style & quality. Oh my goodness... everything is like the perfect version of everything for little ones. Excellent customer service! Came in to buy a crib (after looking at a few online). I was so glad I came in to talk with them before ordering. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me get everything ordered correctly. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase!

I’ve been to this location a few times and I have never been helped by an associate although I spent at least 20 minutes looking around. After not being helped, I opted to order online each time and that has worked out well. Most recently, I ordered something online that was available at this location for in-person pickup. The email I received said the order would be ready within two hours if ordered during business hours, which I did. I showed up after two hours and was again ignored by staff initially but finally someone in the back went to retrieve my order. When she returned, she said she didn’t have my order, but she did bring our three bags that belonged to other people named Monica. How is that helpful? In the end, they did not have my order and said although I received a confirmation that the order was received, their “system was down” in the store and that meant they could not process or fulfill the order. There was another customer attempting to make a return and they told her the same thing. They asked us both to return tomorrow. In their defense, the email I initially received said I would receive another email confirming that the order was ready and I did not, but it seemed as though the reason it was not ready was because of this store and not the online ordering system. I will not be returning to this location solely because of the rude and unhelpful staff. It is unfortunate that this is the only location in Denver.

This location Pottery barn was quite small. They really had to work hard to pack all this product in this place. Fun items and neat decor. Would be a great place to pick up quality learning play toys.

The team at this store is wonderful. My wife and I set up a registry a few months ago, and during our pregnancy ended up visiting the store several times and speaking to a few team members over the phone on multiple occasions. At every turn they went out of their way to help us, both in person and on the phone, and they made our experience of buying a crib and closing out our registry so easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, more than once they were able to give great feedback on certain items that we were unsure about, leading us to feel even more comfortable that the items we were getting were perfect for what we wanted, even when they didn't have some of them in the store (this was especially true of the crib we got - we were debating between two and their insight into the cribs was a huge help, despite neither crib being in the store). Special thanks to Brooke and Rachel for being so amazing to us. We will continue to sing the praises of this store and can't recommend it highly enough!
