I have my business account and family account and personal account here. All of the online applications and phone applications are super functional. But when I have to go into the branch, I always encounter a very clean branch with short or no lines and super friendly, helpful sales associates like I did today. And Chris went over and above today 6/14; he was super personable, very helpful, and did everything with a smile. He seems to really enjoy what he does and I was grateful for the assistance. I opened a new account here on Friday. I was very impressed with the warm greeting, and not being told I had to make am appointment. The lady who greeted me said a banker wasn't available right away, and I said I'd wait outside, the lady who greeted me took the time to come outside and tell me that a banker was available Jaycob, was so friendly and personable; he answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me to understand if a credit union would be a good fit for me. He was very patient with all my questions. From all the great Customer Service and how helpful Jaycob was, my boyfriend decided to open an account as well and is leaving his credit union. I don't know how to spell the Branch Managers name, but she is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. I recommend coming here for your banking 100% and that is coming from someone who usually finds something wrong at every place I go to. ~Dana

I've loved great western bank and have been with them for six years. That said, ever since they merged with first interstate I've had nothing but problems with the online, atm or even trying to get my direct deposit back to a working order. The tellers and bankers have been nothing but helpful during this but there is so much they can do without any kind of help from the upper management. I used to recommend this branch to friends and family but not anymore. ~El

Robert was very helpful in finding and securing a Blue Top Optima deep cycle battery. This store is the most helpful of all the auto stores around and the manager is there to help.
