The store is big, nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gas is not the cheapest in town, though, even with rewards. Go to Conoco in town for cheaper gas. ~marissa

Wanted to say I absolutely love going to this place Aubrey and Celest have always been going out of their way to get me the parts I need and they always have the best pricing! I have had multiple cars that have needed parts and Aubrey has always asked if I would like it installed and has went out of his way to put it in for me! 100% hands down best customer service! The food and service was great! I wasn't able to use the app to order my food yet again! Wendy's REALLY needs to fix that! But everything else was great! Oh, and get a bigger bathroom! Waiting isn't much fun when you've got to go! Vegetarian options: There should ALWAYS be more of them! Besides greasy fries Kid-friendliness: I saw a few kids in there and they were happy. Parking: It's a bit odd that you've got to walk through the drive thru in order to get in or out of the restaurant but doable! There is a walkway! Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking with wide parking spots Dietary restrictions: They will help you if you ask!😉 ~Dan

I should have known better but against my better judgment I decided to go here and try the new rib sandwich instead of going to Culver's next door. I won't be making that mistake again, the entire place was pretty much a ghost town and I stood around for several minutes waiting for service. During my wait I noticed all the fry warmers were full of aging fried food so I decided it would be in my best interest to just order my sandwich instead of a meal with old, cold fries. I finally get service, order my sandwich and pay. I'm told it'll be a few minutes and they'll call my name when it's ready. I get my sandwich and while I shouldn't have been surprised, I was surprised to see that it had been microwaved. The cheese looked like lava and it was super steamy. Some pieces of meat were very hot, others were lukewarm. The crispy onions on top were soggy and noticeably cold compared to the rest of the sandwich. The meat was dry and much more tough than I was expecting and it really needed the BBQ sauce. Unlucky for me they were feeling stingy with the sauce so only half the sandwich had some. Easily my worst fast food experience in recent memory and a solid reminder that if I have to choose between a dead Arby's or a dead Culver's, Always. Choose. Culver's. They cook everything to order and it's easily 100x better. This was my first and will be my last time trying the new Arby's. ~Andy

Lazy and rude. Bought a phone and came back to ask a question. So lazy not one of them would look up my account. Then they demanded I pay additional money for the phone when it was already paid in full. Then one of them got really aggressive when she realized I wasn’t going to fall for her trying to scam money from me. She started yelling at me. Talked to the owners and returned the phone without any charges or fees. Then I bought an iPhone 13 in Grand Junction. Instead of a lineup of lazy people sitting on their cans with barnyard manners I encountered a group of very friendly helpful people with professionalism and kindness. Hopefully they have some different employees in Rifle now. I’m noticing the bad reviews are recent. ~Janelle

Stopped here on a whim just to see if they had anything fun, they did! So many choices, we will definitely be back to grab more! The ladies running the place are super sweet and very helpful, we enjoyed chatting with them while we shopped. Highly recommend stopping in for some delicious libations! ~Erica
