I should have known better but against my better judgment I decided to go here and try the new rib sandwich instead of going to Culver's next door. I won't be making that mistake again, the entire place was pretty much a ghost town and I stood around for several minutes waiting for service. During my wait I noticed all the fry warmers were full of aging fried food so I decided it would be in my best interest to just order my sandwich instead of a meal with old, cold fries. I finally get service, order my sandwich and pay. I'm told it'll be a few minutes and they'll call my name when it's ready. I get my sandwich and while I shouldn't have been surprised, I was surprised to see that it had been microwaved. The cheese looked like lava and it was super steamy. Some pieces of meat were very hot, others were lukewarm. The crispy onions on top were soggy and noticeably cold compared to the rest of the sandwich. The meat was dry and much more tough than I was expecting and it really needed the BBQ sauce. Unlucky for me they were feeling stingy with the sauce so only half the sandwich had some. Easily my worst fast food experience in recent memory and a solid reminder that if I have to choose between a dead Arby's or a dead Culver's, Always. Choose. Culver's. They cook everything to order and it's easily 100x better. This was my first and will be my last time trying the new Arby's.

Classic beef and cheddar sándwich was good. Chicken nuggets were not, they were dark in some spots and tasted like old oil was used to cook them

Went to this location going through town on a long trip. I tried two chicken sandwiches as a special, these were great. My friend tried the brisket and I laughed. The big sandwich on the display with mounds of meet and onion rings, looks closer to a basic roast beef without cheese. I felt the winner this night.

This Arby's was very nice, the floors and tables were clean. The cashier was very friendly and patient while we perrused the menu. Once we ordered it didn't take very long for them to finish our order and when it came out it was quite obvious most if not all of it was freshly made. It wasn't sitting in a food warmer for hours waiting for us. Definently reccomend and will definently be back!
