I was in this store this past sunday without a choice as i cracked my screen and needed to upgrade my phone as well. We had the nicest female employee who helped us so much and was great for the whole experience. I believe her name was Veronica. Either way, thank you for the great and smooth experience.

Lazy and rude. Bought a phone and came back to ask a question. So lazy not one of them would look up my account. Then they demanded I pay additional money for the phone when it was already paid in full. Then one of them got really aggressive when she realized I wasn’t going to fall for her trying to scam money from me. She started yelling at me. Talked to the owners and returned the phone without any charges or fees. Then I bought an iPhone 13 in Grand Junction. Instead of a lineup of lazy people sitting on their cans with barnyard manners I encountered a group of very friendly helpful people with professionalism and kindness. Hopefully they have some different employees in Rifle now. I’m noticing the bad reviews are recent.

Very rude customer service! I was hung up on by a female employee 12/1/21 at 14:27 when requesting assistance about a network outage. They did not provide any assistance for my network outage and there answer was to call the 1-800 customer service number even though my phone doesn't work due to not being connected to the network!!! I don't have a land line and my Wi-Fi calling isn't working either which they offered no help to troubleshoot. I have never had a good experience at this retailer, up charge for everything with me always having to call Verizon directly to resolve my concern.

I am of the ‘older generation’ 😁 and have very little knowledge of today’s technology. When I came into the Rifle, Colorado store, Logan was helping 2 other customers. He greeted me with sincerity, and took great care of me, with the best multitasking I have ever seen in a customer service position! He has a wonderful personality, and answered all of my questions with kindness and friendly professionalism. He gave me his card in case I had any other questions or needed any more assistance. He is definitely an asset to your organization. He is a young man I would be proud to have as a son or grandson!! I know this is somewhat of a ‘windy’ review, but this young man is deserving of the praise! It is my hope that he is getting well compensated for his quality work!! Logan, thank you so very much for being patient and kind while setting me up with a new IPhone!! You are definitely the best!! Blessings to you!

Logan is by far the most knowledgeable salesperson I have encountered in regards to cellular devices and services. He is quick, efficient, and thorough during the times I have spent standing in front of his kiosk, and he has a very sharp memory. I have bought multiple phones for my household with his help and would recommend his services to anyone and everyone. An employee such as he is hard to come by!

Our experience at the store in Rifle CO was the best ever. I usually dread going into a phone store, but today was different. He spent a lot of time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him and the store.

I've heard great things, but cannot reach them to set an appointment. I bought a new phone weeks ago when shipping was the only option but I am not confident enough to transfer from my old phone due to important work content. Online says by appointment only, but when you call during open hours it says messages are full and I can't leave a message
