Staff was friendly. That's where the positives end. Dumpy gym with tired, old, outdated equipment. Went for a trial and was left underwhelmed. Seriously overpriced for what they offer. This place should be $10 a month at most. Yet it's way more and they lock you into a contract which many gyms these days do not do. It's dim lit inside and just looks depressing. Equipment is ancient. Accessories for equipment are falling apart and look like they could break at anytime. Ammenties are seriously lacking, especially for the price. Since this is the only traditional gym in Windsor, they have no real competition and therefore no incentive to modernize. Seriously, this equipment must be 20 years old across the board. For a cheaper price you could drive 20 minutes to Loveland or Fort Collins and go to a state of the art gym with a pool, sauna, massage chairs, hot tub, etc. The only value here is convenience if you refuse to drive anywhere else. ~Matt

Service is pretty slow, orders are often not fully accurate. The staff just doesn't seem to care about providing good service. They seem put-out to have to deal with customers. They also frequently turn off the mobile ordering option, particularly when there's a good promo in the app. I really like Sonic in general, so I keep going back, but I'm starting to feel like it would be better for Windsor to not have a Sonic at all than to have this Sonic. ~Jesse

This place has given my mom multiple cars with issues, telling them that they r fixing the cars and every time it took to get a car fixed when it was time to pick it up the car was worse then it was to drop off, finally we get a car from them that runs good, the car caught on fire out of no where!!! Next to a gas pump it caught on fire! With kids in the car!! ~Kaylee

Si is awesome! I had a dent on the side of my pickup bed, stopped in to see if they could take a look and Si was able to repair it within an hour. Unbelievable, you can not tell there was a dent, it’s amazing. Took my wife’s car in later the same day to have two dents repaired with the same amazing results. I highly recommend this business. ~CO

Every step with Milarc was easy and professional. Brooke was great to work with in helping us design and layout our kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. She had great suggestions and was there to walk us through the entire process. The cabinets are beautiful and the quality is top notch. Checked in online. There was a 10 minute wait. By the time I arrived there were 2 people in front of me who were taken back very quickly. Highly recommend checking in online for faster service (despite the sign that says walk-ins welcome.) Got in and asked for the stylist to simple curl my hair, just the ends as my curling iron broke this morning. She looked shocked at this request. She then asked what I was looking for style wise, motioned to another stylist's hair & asked, "like that?". I replied, "Yes, just the ends.". The stylist then suggested I see the stylist she showed me as she would be able to do my hair better. The second stylist looked at me and the first shift and said, "Oh no I can't do her hair like this as her(my) hair is much longer.(Mine sits right at my shoulders) It's impossible.". To which I replied, "I just need the ends curled.". I was told simply curling the ends would be considered a "formal". The absolute rudeness by both these two women was completely inappropriate.Telling someone that what they are asking for is impossible is less than professional. I was not a bald woman asking for long luscious locks. That is impossible. ~Erica
