One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with, wish I would give them a zero. Can't process checks correctly, atms constantly breaking, avoid at ALL cost. ~Bryan

Used to be my favorite branch to do transactions. After Covid hits, operating like deer under headlights? Every time I go there, a simple deposit takes more than 1 hr. There is only one teller service which operates at the pace of snail. I also do transactions with Peoples bank. They always keep two teller lines open, and often a bank person comes out to help with transactions without waiting for the teller. TD bank is totally lost track of true meaning efficiency in these pandemic times or care less about their customers. Today I pulled my car out after waiting for 30 mins. Couldn't take it any more. Is there any one see these reviews and going to update operating procedures? or else going to loose land standing customers like me. ~Mahesh
