Canton location is clean and has friendly associates. Prices are good overall along with nice selection of merchandise. Charging 5 cents for a paper bag is ridiculous when most other retailers provide them at no cost . In addition , only one cashier was open which I found inadequate as 3 people where waiting behind me at checkout. ~T

Gigi did my hair on July 4th, I went in for a big chop on my hair that’s falling out because of my surgery. Gigi listened to what I wanted and she even gave some suggestions. The best hair services I’ve personally have gotten have always been at an ULTA store, but Gigi honestly impressed me. I sat up straight on my chair after she was done and I immediately felt the tears rushing to my eyes from have great she did! I love my hair cut, it brought me some confidence and not feel embarrassed of now my thinning hair. I left that salon feeling amazing. Gigi truly made me feel comfortable, confident and happy, she did one heck of a job!! Gigi if you ever get to read this, I thank you so very very much. ~Rocio

I use to frequent this location as I enjoyed the customer service. Lately when I stop by in the afternoon, the clerk behind the counter is yelling on the phone and does not even acknowledge the customers in the store. He continues to yell on the phone while I and other customer wait in line and then continues to yell during the transactions, never saying a word to the customer. This is not only rude but just down right poor customer service. I will no longer be visiting this location unfortunately. I have also found that the quality of the gas located at the station across the street to be much better in terms of gas mileage. I will be going there from now on. ~Frank

After striking out at a couple of other barber shops (it felt like they were trying to find a subtle way of saying they didn't want my business), I found good ole' Supercuts. They invited me in, got to me right away, and we got into a pleasant conversation, like we had been friends for years. Or in other words, the service was exceptional. And the haircut was, too. My eyesight isn't what it used to be, but my hairstylist kept me informed about what she was doing and allowed me to choose at various points along the way. I was pleased with the outcome. It was a nice experience. A nice experience all around. ~Richard

I had a wonderful experience both when I ordered my cocktail table as well as when I picked it up. The staff was very helpful, kind, and not at all pushy. I had an issue with the manufacturing of the table as the glass was slightly too big, but they immediately connected me with customer care and had a tech scheduled to come out within minutes. I've been to Great Clips twice and had 2 different stylists. Each did a good job cutting my hair. Gina is very personable and would have asked for her again but she wasn't working the second time I went. Cost of haircut reasonable. $17 for seniors. After my first visit they sent me a postcard to come back for a cut for $10.99. You can't beat that price! The place is clean and you can check in online but I did not. Each time my wait wasn't even 10 minutes. Definitely my new place for haircuts. Note that this does not include shampoo. That's an additional $10. ~Christine

Used to be my favorite branch to do transactions. After Covid hits, operating like deer under headlights? Every time I go there, a simple deposit takes more than 1 hr. There is only one teller service which operates at the pace of snail. I also do transactions with Peoples bank. They always keep two teller lines open, and often a bank person comes out to help with transactions without waiting for the teller. TD bank is totally lost track of true meaning efficiency in these pandemic times or care less about their customers. Today I pulled my car out after waiting for 30 mins. Couldn't take it any more. Is there any one see these reviews and going to update operating procedures? or else going to loose land standing customers like me. ~Mahesh

I wish I lived closer because this is by far my favorite place to get my nails done whenever I need a little self care. Whenever I am in the area, this is my go to place for a mani and pedi. No matter how long it’s been, I always get a lovely greeting and they remember me and ask how my dog is, etc. Shows how much they genuinely care about their clients. Every visit it’s a wonderful, relaxing experience. Each person that works there that I’ve met has been so kind and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxing and the glass windows make the space bright and airy. Everything is always well cleaned and place spotless. They do beautiful work and offer a variety of different options for mani and pedis as well which are all reasonably priced. They stand by their work as well-one time I actually chipped a toe nail walking out to my car and they quickly fixed it. Also a great place to get your brows done…every time I go in I get mine done and it’s one of the few places that doesn’t leave my sensitive skin red for hours post wax. Wonderful variety of nail polish colors that are all natural and non toxic which is hard to find too. By far my favorite nail salon and they are great at accommodating same day appointments as well. Best thing the DMV ever did was allowing AAA do license renewals and such. Schedule an appointment online, come in and get it done in 12 minutes. Nice, quick, and easy. ~Meoppies
