I will not name names but my haircut was on 6/21… I went back after 30 minutes getting my cut. I said that it was still too long in the back and I felt like I would have to wear a hat again. She insisted that I would have to pay again for my whole hair cut even after the fact it wasn’t to my liking. She never even showed me the back of my head and I could have asked but every hair place always does that without question. I tipped her well and am never coming back to this place again. They are known for having first time cutters and I respected that but if I wasn’t happy with how my hair cut turned out I would have at least liked a touch up.

After striking out at a couple of other barber shops (it felt like they were trying to find a subtle way of saying they didn't want my business), I found good ole' Supercuts. They invited me in, got to me right away, and we got into a pleasant conversation, like we had been friends for years. Or in other words, the service was exceptional. And the haircut was, too. My eyesight isn't what it used to be, but my hairstylist kept me informed about what she was doing and allowed me to choose at various points along the way. I was pleased with the outcome. It was a nice experience. A nice experience all around.

This was legitimately the worst haircut of my life. Chunks of my hair are missing. It is so uneven a four year old probably could have done it better. Going somewhere else tomorrow to have it fixed because it looks absolutely disgusting. I don’t think the hairdresser that did my hair even knows what layers are. If I could post I photo with this review I would. Please save yourself the time, money, and embarrassment of getting a haircut from here. Service: Long haircut

My stylists Stacy was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all.....did an AMAZING job on my hair. She is detail oriented and really takes pride in her work. Thank you Supercuts!! I went in for a haircut yesterday. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. The result is NOTHING like the picture. It's way too short, and uneven in places It's also WAY too short over my ears. The stylist almost sounded like she was working straight from a textbook. NEVER again!!. Service: Haircut

It was ok this time. I 4 starred because I typically have a 5 star-yet... After my hair dried it wasn't the typical level in used to here. All in all.... I do not want to nitpick a pro... So I'll just try again .... I'm a second chance person especially after a few great experiences. -CJB

My regular stylist is no longer there and that concerned me. Ania was terrific, listened to me explain what I wanted and the haircut was perfect. Disappointed though that I can’t use my $1 coupon off because I already get the $2 senior discount....come on now! Anyway, hope Ania stays long term!
