I stopped by Sally’s to grab hair products wearing a cute mask, a nice hat and hoodie. Normally I would never wear all three together however; I was recovering from illness. It was cold & I wore a mask for obvious reasons. The saleslady left her customers to swarm around me. I could see her step back and look at me after she left the aisle. This was very uncomfortable because I am a loyal customer. I grab the same 2-3 products every month. In my opinion, this lady thought I was up to no good. She policed me based on my clothing and colors when I’d done nothing wrong. I’ve since found my products elsewhere.

The staff here is so amazing and helpful. They were able to point me towards products for my fine straight hair and my husbands thick curly hair. They were very attentive and were looking out for what’s best for me.

Ursula and Semetria are the most helpful people Ive ever seen at a beauty store like this. We went in with 3 people and only 1 person looking for something and we all walked out with multiple items that we never knew would fix our skin or hair problems. They are wonderful ladies!!!!

I've been a sally's customer for 12 years i have a pro card. I went in 2 days ago and the manager helped me pick a flat iron. The next day I open it and the flat Irons cord was cut. I go to return it the same manager is there who helped me purchase. They start trying to do the return and then start rudely saying that this was not ringing up that this wasn't the same flat iron I purchased. There is no possible way unless the store clerk rang a different iron up and gave me a damaged iron. The women basically were accusing me of trying to defraud them. I was completely humiliated, I have never dealt with such unprofessional store clerks in my life. I will never shop at this store again. I was defrauded by this store and then accused and it was so embarrassed.

Best place and truly entire team was so helpful. My daughter had tried a temporary color on her blond hair and the team member ILY was so helpful. And answered all of our questions about the products.store was clean. Would give 6 stars if I could!! They even offered to return the items that were not correct from another Sally’s store!! Amazing!!!!

Super helpful employees! My hair was completely fried and damaged so I asked them what I should do, they recommended amazing products and my hair is absolutely amazing now!!! I don't know what's up with all these bad reviews, you all aren't going to be waited on hand and foot walking into a Sally's. Wanna know if they have your product? Google it. Their website is super helpful..... My god, you people can be so incompetent.
