I've been to Great Clips twice and had 2 different stylists. Each did a good job cutting my hair. Gina is very personable and would have asked for her again but she wasn't working the second time I went. Cost of haircut reasonable. $17 for seniors. After my first visit they sent me a postcard to come back for a cut for $10.99. You can't beat that price! The place is clean and you can check in online but I did not. Each time my wait wasn't even 10 minutes. Definitely my new place for haircuts. Note that this does not include shampoo. That's an additional $10.

i’ve tried out great clips a couple times and they’ve always did something wrong. today i asked for layers and side bangs for my curly hair and when i asked the barber to cut the layers a little shorter, she ended up cutting off maybe 2 inches of my length. the workers are nice but i am very unsatisfied with every haircut i’ve got at this place. I took my 25 year-old, profoundly autistic son for a haircut and to shave his beard. Gina at the Avon location was AMAZING! The entire staff was wonderful but she was so patient and gentle with him. This will be our new, go-to place. It is so hard for families like mine to find places to bring our kids to for all kinds of services. When we find one, it’s a gem. This place is a gem!! I have used Great Clips in Avon now for about 2 years. I used other chain hair cutters around and I have found Great Clips to have the most dependable and consistent stylist in the area. I have used many of the hairstylist there and I have not once gotten a bad haircut. I would highly recommend them.

I had a really bad experience at this location.. I wanted to do a simple step cut and as I told the stylist I wanted a step cut she corrected me and said you mean layers ? I was shocked the stylist did not know about the step cut and had no knowledge about difference between layer cut and step cut. I had great difficulty in explaining her the hair style which is pretty much common . My hair cut looks like it has been cut at home by a new bee. I really doubt the stylist are trained .

It was my first time being at Great Clips and wasn't sure about it but after going there and the lady in a nice white top who did my hair did an outstanding job I absolutely love what she did. I apologise but I don't know what her name was but she was very friendly and nice and took excellent care of my hair and even told me about your system and how you guys do appointments or keep track of things and everything else. And the $16 haircut is absolutely an awesome deal. Thank you again for excellent service. I had an amazing time.
