Gigi did my hair on July 4th, I went in for a big chop on my hair that’s falling out because of my surgery. Gigi listened to what I wanted and she even gave some suggestions. The best hair services I’ve personally have gotten have always been at an ULTA store, but Gigi honestly impressed me. I sat up straight on my chair after she was done and I immediately felt the tears rushing to my eyes from have great she did! I love my hair cut, it brought me some confidence and not feel embarrassed of now my thinning hair. I left that salon feeling amazing. Gigi truly made me feel comfortable, confident and happy, she did one heck of a job!! Gigi if you ever get to read this, I thank you so very very much.

Absolutely love this location. They just opened one across from Westfarms but I really like all the people who work here. Everyone is so pleasant and I love seeing them when I come in. I can't say enough about the ultamate rewards program or how great their offer's are. I was a Sephora devotee ever since they opened but they changed through the years and frankly I'm grateful for Ulta, they've got a great selection, great prices, a far more rewarding loyalty program and much more pleasant staff. The store is always clean, neat and not overcrowded. It's always a pleasure to go to this location.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE makeup..I have every makeup subscription there is, but I still need to go to my local ULTA from time to time. The only reason I didn't give 5stars is bcuz at this particular store they don't sell mac products U have 2go online to order them which is a pain, especially if ur like me & like 2use Macs painted pot as eye primer. Otherwise it would deff. get 5stars. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional, willing,able & ready to help U in whatever u may need. Wether it be finding an item to color matching, or just if you want their opinion on which product they think is better. They also are able to apply the makeup so you can get a feel for it & see if you like the way it looks on you. If you don't have time for this, there is testers of almost every makeup item esp. The foundations/concealers/highlighters &palletts so I can swatch tgem against ur skin & see how it matches up. There is wipes, tissues & Lysol at the end of each aisle for u to clean off your ✋. The store is usually very well stockeveryIf an item is not in stock they will call the next closest store for u2c if they have the item available 4u.There are ALWAYS deals & promotions going on which is VERY nice bcuz I usually walk away w/ free merch.The point system is ok, I believe it's better once u have a 💳 ..& if ur like me & ALWAYS looking 4a bargain they've got an AWESOME clearance section. Another good quality is u don't need 2ba makeup guru 2 shop here. It's good 4beginners as well, for example: I brought my mom w/ me & jokingly warned her ur not going2 leave w/out buying something. She looked @me like I was crazy & said what could I possibly need in there...2hrs&over $150 l8tr I was saying I told u so. Fast forward a mth or 2 & she wants 2 go back bcuz she needs more of the urban Decay eyeliner.. My 63yo mom is in ❤she had always just used Almay. So on our 2nd trip & idk how much L8TR bcuz she opened up a ULTA 💳!! Isn't that gr8t! I myself have one it's good 2have. So again u don't have 2b an expert 2 enjoy this store, u can ba novice to a makeup 🎨 for a living, there is deff. Something for EVERYONE. I should put it out there that they don't just sell 💄..they sell face serums, hair care, 💅 polish, fake nails, hair tools,hair dye,face masks, makeup ud find @ the pharmacies (but cheaper), moisturizers, perfumes ectrs. They also have a salon in the store where u can have ur hair&makeup done. So to me it's my 🍬 store! With that said.. If u have NEVER been I HIGHLY recommend going, you will not regret it.

I come here for my hair needs, I’ve been coming here for a year already & Jessica is my #1 girl. She is great at color, perfect at cutting hair & brilliant with knowing what hair product fits you!. Thank you Jes & thank you ulta ladies for being so welcoming with great personalities !

I had a girl, younger with brown hair blue eyes, here tell me a product was not in stock, despite it being listed as in stock online. I pointed this out to her and she gave me the canned unprofessional response that sometimes it's off. Luckily a smarter employee overheard and proceeded to show me the item I was looking for in a different location. So because of one of your employees being uneducated on the store, I almost had to make a separate trip to a different store. I ALWAYS have a problem with this location offering bad service. Zero stars.
