The technician Walter was amazing. He came to repair something on my bed in the past and was the same tech that came again this time. Each time he is prompt, friendly, and gets the job done. He is very personable and you can tell that he cares about his job and making customers happy. He was lovely and deserves a raise because of his wonderful customer service skills. Thank you again!!

Excellent, attentive service by Kelly, but no hard sell. Quite refreshing! I tried several beds on my own, and she took notes on her iPad on those I liked. When I returned with my husband, she was ready to show us again the ones I liked. Jim chose one of my favorites, Kelly prepped the paperwork quickly, told us about all the options and return policy, etc. and we get our bed delivered tomorrow - four days after purchase. Very happy and can’t wait to sleep on it!

Came into Raymour and Flanigan looking for lounge chair and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and prices. I immediately purchased one and look forward to having it delivered. That said I thought the delivery free was a little high. I thought the sales woman Christine Walden was professional and honest. The only thing I didn't like really was she was Hawking the insurance. If you're selling quality furniture you shouldn't have two Hawk the insurance policy. All and all it was a good experience.

Steve Silvia was outstanding. I told him what I needed and why and he showed me exactly what I needed to choose from without wasting any time. The option he recommended was even better than what I had in mind as the best choice as I entered the store. A much better solution and it cost me less. Job well done Steve.

Easy experience. We needed a not too expensive, not too big sectional and soon. Looked on-line, went in and looked around a bit. Sales people were there, but not all over you. Very helpful. Got the sofa we wanted in 3 business days.

I had a wonderful experience both when I ordered my cocktail table as well as when I picked it up. The staff was very helpful, kind, and not at all pushy. I had an issue with the manufacturing of the table as the glass was slightly too big, but they immediately connected me with customer care and had a tech scheduled to come out within minutes. What a great buying experience! Our salesman Don provided top notch professional service and support as he expertly answered all our questions about our furniture purchase. No high pressure sales pitch or push in a direction we didn’t want to go. Don listened to our needs and showed us multiple pieces to choose from. We were greeted at the door by Steve who was able to direct us to the particular furniture pieces that we were looking for. Steve was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the furniture. He offered us a bottle of water as we explored all the offerings at the Avon, Ct store. Steve was also very knowledgeable about the upholstery options, pricing, and delivery options. The finance department was equally as helpful in determining and setting up payment options, giving us the best possible arrangements. We are always impressed with all of the employees at this store, as well as the delivery folks. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

We had such an amazing experience at this location and our salesman Bob Hillburn! Not only did he make the couch buying process easy by asking what our dimensions are and pointing us in the right direction, but he also made is so fun and exciting. We highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Bob who will make sure the perfect couch goes into your home but also will make you laugh along the way.
