Best cell phone store in Madison, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Richie did an excellent job helping me purchase my new phone! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did such a good job that my husband went in the same day and purchased a new phone as well. We went in on Black Friday and the store was extremely busy, but Richie’s multitasking skills were impressive and on point, calling all of his customers by name and remembering what each customer needed, even when moving from customer to customer to customer. No one waited long despite how busy the store was! Thank you Richie! ~Corinne
