Richie did an excellent job helping me purchase my new phone! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did such a good job that my husband went in the same day and purchased a new phone as well. We went in on Black Friday and the store was extremely busy, but Richie’s multitasking skills were impressive and on point, calling all of his customers by name and remembering what each customer needed, even when moving from customer to customer to customer. No one waited long despite how busy the store was! Thank you Richie!

Richie in the Madison (CT) store is fantastic. When I arrived, he was on his own and the store was busy. Rich was not stressed at all. He managed to help each of us, providing individualized attention and personalized information. He didn't pressure anyone or make us feel rushed. He circled back to each of us to see how we were doing and did we have any further questions. He is very knowledgeable and multilingual and I watched him switch languages and converse easily with whoever he was speaking with. He is a true asset and excellent representative for Verizon.

Plus he was helping three other customers at the same time. Because of Richie I would recommend people go to Verizon to buy their iPhones

Always went to Apple before. My first try with Verizon since Motorola Startacs!! Richie blew Apple’s service out of the water, and I was an apple store enthusiast for years. But their obvious ageism is just awful, and the way the specialists look over your shoulder to see who/what else is more interesting is offensive. It’s a rare opportunity to educate customers and build lifelong loyalty! Richie connects with every client regardless of age and makes intelligent conversation while waiting for data transfer. Take very good care of him. He needs to work with customers (meeting new people all the time), but if you stifle his growth in whatever generates passion for him, you will lose a tremendous asset.

Richy by far is one of the best customer services person I've encountered in my lifetime, and I'm 66 years old. When I came into the store he was already working with several other customers. He greeted me and was very professional. He is a master of multitasking and exhibited care and patience with an elderly customer that was technologically challenged, hard of hearing and had trouble seeing. Ricky spent a good hour answering all his questions, helping him with getting set up etc. In addition to that he was very efficient in all dealings, he was helping two customers set up phones, ringing out another while he was adding liquid protection to my phone. Simply put, the guy is amazing and Verizon is lucky to have him.
