Best vehicle inspection in Milford, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Horrible!!! I went in to have them perform a tire pressure check as well as a wheel alignment. After performing what I thought was a good job. I called them to let them know the tire pressure light was still on. He said that it sounds like a sensor issue, so I didn't worry. Fast forward to the next day and my tire is completely flat. I called them to inform them what happened and his response was “you didn’t tell us to look for a leak”. Was he serious? Now because i didn’t use the proper mechanical verbiage I lost out on the Opportunity to repair the damage then and there. This company is a piece is work, lazy uninterested and not accountable. If a client walks into and ask for a tire pressure check and a wheel alignment. Please look for leaks. Your putting people in danger that assumed you did due diligence and performed the job.
