Nice station. i would suggest if you need to cut across foxon blvd on your way out, to go out the back to the entrance/exit road that runs between the station and the walmart. that way you get a traffic light and not having to play frogger on the road. it's worth it even if you're turning right on the way out to be honest. that street gets very crowded! if you're turning left onto the station from foxon, also go in thur the walmart entrance. don't risk your life! ~Shannon

Terrible old discolored and they have been letting the chicken sit in grease and dry out… I eat this almost everyday. The popcorn chicken is so big they look like chicken tenders and they put the gravy over my chicken and it gets soggy and nasty. They refuse to put chicken on last… ~Coretta

The cashier was nice. I love the chocolate chip cookies but the Oreo gingerbread cookies were very sweet. I had an issue with the flashdrive in that it didn't connect immediately like it was supposed to when plugged into my laptop and a video system to play a PowerPoint presentation. I will most likely return it. During my visit the store was fairly busy but I didn't have to wait too long when it was time to checkout. ~Nodella

It's nice to see a fully stocked store during the holidays makes it a one stop shopping destination for me. This store is for tall people like me with up to 7 shelves high and yes I did help one lady who could not reach a item. Two registers open made it a breeze to check out. ~Rich

Posted hours on the door that they’re open until 5 on Friday’s, but not today apparently. I’m so sick of this “Covid… economic downturn… can’t hire anyone….” argument for providing just GARBAGE customer service. YOU’RE A BANK! Not a damn small town farm stand. ~Adam

I would not recommend this place to any friends, family, or prospective customers. I have stayed with Uhaul before but this place is the worst. I’ve had issues moving in and out and still waiting to hear back about an unresolved issues. Reservations mean nothing to them. I reserved a small 5x7x10 to store my belongings and when I get there I am told no such unit exists and the only small one they had cost me $30 more. I had no choice but to pay the extra because I had all of my belongings with me ready to move in. Moving out was an even worse experience. I let the facility know that I this was going to be my last month staying and that once the month was over I would no longer need my unit. I had paid for the rest of the month of august and moved out progressively. Unfortunately, they took this as once I sent the email I was completely done with my unit and they went ahead and threw away ALL of my stuff in the storage. Not once was I contacted and when I went to the unit to pick up my belongings they had already sold the unit to someone else. Luckily the employees there agreed it was a miscommunication and I filed a reimbursement for all of my destroyed and discarded items which quite frankly had a lot of value to me. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it has been such a stressful process for me. Please do yourself a favor and never rent a unit from this location. Everything felt like a total scam and unfortunately I will never be seeing my things again. ~Lizbeth
