Similar to other people's experiences. I went in to open a savings account. I already have a checking account with td. They told me to make an appointment and to come later on in the day. I did. When I returned, the person I was supposed to have an appointment with was on a break. I left after ten minutes of waiting. The next time, I called all morning and no one answered. I went in determined to get this task done. I was told to make an appointment because they are busy. I told them I did not want to do that because it didn't work out for me the previous time. They insisted it would be easier so that I "didn't have to keep coming back in". I told them I already have been in twice and have called several times. They apologized and said, "that's how it has been lately". Unfortunately, nobody wants to help me out at this TD location. I will have to go to Rocky Hill instead, where I have never had any issues. ~Maxwell
