Terrible customer service. Nonexistent. They will steal your money via different fees and overcharges, but when you want to access your money, they put a hold on it or freeze your account and leave you hanging. Avoid this bank at all costs and take your money somewhere else! You deserve better.

Similar to other people's experiences. I went in to open a savings account. I already have a checking account with td. They told me to make an appointment and to come later on in the day. I did. When I returned, the person I was supposed to have an appointment with was on a break. I left after ten minutes of waiting. The next time, I called all morning and no one answered. I went in determined to get this task done. I was told to make an appointment because they are busy. I told them I did not want to do that because it didn't work out for me the previous time. They insisted it would be easier so that I "didn't have to keep coming back in". I told them I already have been in twice and have called several times. They apologized and said, "that's how it has been lately". Unfortunately, nobody wants to help me out at this TD location. I will have to go to Rocky Hill instead, where I have never had any issues.

True, it is not a fast paced environment, but I have always felt that they care about each customer's financial needs. I'd rather have that than quick, abrupt service.

I had to leave to new britain TD Bank after waiting 30mins at this location! NB staff helped quickly, kindly and without being stared down by staff who didn’t help.

Staff was helpful even in the midst of early Covid outbreak, employees went out of their way to help switch me over to new debit card and setup.

I've been a customer here through several different corporate owners. While I'm not taken by what TD Bank has done in terms of interior design, I don't generally go to banks to judge their interior decorating. Overall, my experience here has been good. I find this staff to be on the young side, but knowledgeable and friendly. Bank staff was most incredibly helpful in assisting me with issues related to eldercare and conservatorship, taking probably an hour or more of their time on one particular occasion to get things straightened out and explained to me. They later again were most extremely helpful with estate related issues. If I'm being truly fair, they're a whole lot more helpful than some of the previous banks that have operated in this building and their hours are most convenient. My only real issue was getting someone there to put a medallion guarantee stamp on some paperwork. I could just not manage to be there when their medallion persons were. This is not a mainstream banking function and is more of an extra that they offer to assist their customers who buy and sell stocks and securities so it would be churlish to take points off on their review as a bank for their performance in an area that is essentially an extra.

Always a line here except its the weekend before 4th of july line is 3x longer yet only 2 of the 4 cashier stations are working. Really? Its historical busy before this weekend since always. I dont even work at a bank and know this. Shows poor management and customer service

Dont bother wasting your day here. The staff works with no urgency to help people. Ive been waiting for 20 minutes for a new debit and they had the nerve to help others that vame in after me. Never coming here again.
