Aaron did such an amazing job with my dress alterations! He was very patient with all of the layers that needed hemmed and was happy to adjust plans as needed! He was very friendly and did such a great job with my dress, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We also worked with Lanna a bit as well and she is amazing as well! The alterations staff made for such a positive experience!

Lisa was great and fast at picking dresses out to best fit my sisters likes. She paid attention to detail was super nice. Lana did so amazing as well with alterations. We just loved her!

Emma was absolutely amazing! She made it so much fun to be a part of her learning the ropes of her job while McKenna worked with her, all while still making my daughter’s experience of shopping for a wedding dress wonderful! She was so adorable and made the experience fun! She helped pick a dress my daughter fell in love with for her beach wedding! (and saved me $2000!!!) Thank you for being such a delight, Emma!

I was referred to David's Bridal by a friend. I was excited to look for dresses with my daughters. We drove an hour to look at dresses. Website at the time stated "Walk in Welcomes." We walked in Springfield store and started looking at dresses. Quickly staff came to us and asked if we had an appointment and we told them no we were just looking right now. We were told we must have an appointment. I felt defeated as we just drove an hour. So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. We arrived for our scheduled appointment again trying to be excited. We were rushed and told we could not do both bridesmaid and wedding dress on same day and I would only get to try on 3 dresses. I felt really discouraged. The first dress I tried on was a size 10, I'm a size 18. I was told to imagine what it would look like on me. Manager was very rude and mean mugging everyone at our try on session. She was not welcoming at all. They eventually let us try on both due to not being busy but I was already discouraged. We bought 3 bridemaid dresses. Each dress came in different times which meant each was an extra drive one hour one way to pick up a dress. I did not feel excited with this experience. I do not refer anyone to your business due to the manner I was treated. I have already made 4 trips to this location. I have one more dress to pick up and it will come in 7 days before my wedding. I was told it takes 6 weeks to alter a dress. Even though my girls were measured. I went somewhere else to buy my wedding dress and the experience was amazing. We were offered drinks . We were welcomed with a friendly smile and just as much as excitement for my wedding as I had.

Brooke was my stylist and she helped me find my dream dress! Plus the dress was in budget! She was so patient and understanding to all my requests. She even brought out alterations multiple times to calm any questions or concerns I had and they were very helpful as well. I did not think choosing a dress would be this stress free. My sister purchased her wedding dress here and had a great experience as well. I would highly recommend David’s bridal.

I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal! We had initially found a dress at another shop and while I loved it, I didn't feel it was "the dress". Making a last minute appointment at David's Bridal was the best decision! Everyone was so sweet, patient and helpful! Araya helped me find some beautiful dresses that I had previously saved to my favorites as well as a few others that weren't. They were so quick to get me in for my alterations appointment as we are getting married in less than 1 month! The entire process ran so smoothly and I can confidently say that I found "the dress" at David's Bridal. I couldn't be happier with my dress as well as my time spent in the store. It was such a wonderful experience!

Went in to two separate times to help my friend find a bridesmaid dress. The first time we had Lisa and she was amazing, helped us narrow down styles, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Then we had Kaci, when we took the bride to get the okay. She was so sweet and helped us get it ordered! The manager Parade was great too. She came over to check in with us, and make sure we were getting everything we needed! One of the best experiences I’ve had at a bridal store!

When I came to pick out my wedding dress Haley was my stylist. I was open to a traditional wedding dress but also wanted to look at bridesmaids dresses because I was interested in a colorful dress. Haley let me go off on my own searching and helped me find a few dresses I might like. I ended up getting a bridesmaid dress to wear for my wedding and Haley showed me a beautiful sash to add to it. Haley was fantastic, 10/10 would ask for her if I need to shop there again.

Brooke was AMAZING! Intuitive and really listened to what my daughter was looking for. She found extra ideas, and several times went and got the seamstress to see if there could be solutions to the concerns. She was excellent. But more importantly, she was Patient and kind. Definitely someone you want to have your dress surge experience with!

I did a dress fitting with the help of my daughter. We had a great time. There was no pressure to buy anything. I didn't know but they give you a bra and shapewear slip to use while you're trying on dress. There was enough space between us and the other group of people. My stylist stayed within my budget, my style profile, and gave me my financial opinions. I ended up ordering a dress from their website. There are different dresses in stores and online.
