Nick was VERY helpful but not annoyingly so. The other associates were very nice and helpful as well. Overall good excellent experience. If I need another bed I will definitely go back to Mattress Firm and recommend it to others.

I was in and out in 20 min total! I came in told them what I wanted. He said they didn’t have it at the independence store but they did on battlefield. I was needing these mattresses today. They had them, I paid at the independence store. Went to battlefield location and picked them up. All within 20min. Service was perfect!!!

We went in ready to buy and were greeted by Nickolas who was very nice and informative. He helped us find a fabulous new bed at a great price. I've been searching for California king sized beds and researching the best ones for about 6 months only to find dealers who'd aim me towards the highest prices and the lowest quality. Yesterday we walked into a mattress firm and Asst Mgr Scott Hurt found us the best quality for the price that fit my budget. He was helpful, fast, friendly and super informative and had us out the door with a great bed at hundreds of dollars less than I've been quoted everywhere else. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and Mr Hurt. Great experience. Will always go back for my family's bed needs.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress for our recent purchase of a motor home. We had ordered a Lull mattress in the past for a past RV. When we entered this store in Springfield MO, we were immediately greeted by an employee welcoming us. His name was Mike George. Mike took the time to ask what we needed. Of course, he let us know about the mattresses that were 50 percent off. We tried one mattress but weren’t sold on it. So Mike mentioned a mattress that was similar to the Lull but much cheaper. It was a Memory Foam Mattress that was so comfortable. We were SOLD!! Excellent price for an excellent comfy product. So happy we went to MATTRESS FIRM!! Service was exceptional and an amazing product. This experience was easy and fast.

My fiance and I had a great experience inside this location. I've been a store manager in sales myself, and I can say he definitely is a salesman. HOWEVER, he also knows what he's talking about and I was able to guide the conversations to get what we wanted and needed. Very good salesman, knowledgeable, inviting, patient and kind. Mattress Firm is the best place to buy a new mattress if you want the best one! You spend 1/3 of your life in bed so you might as well make it a good one that's comfortable! I have bought a mattress from Mattress Firm for me and my husband 5 years ago and it's still Awesome! I love Mattress Firm because people who work there really are sleep experts!
