Glen was super helpful and kind. I brought my daughter who has multiple disabilities in the store and he was so understanding and found a bed I could afford with the features I wanted. My daughter gave us the stamp of approval by laying down in her new bed and not getting back up ( she never does that). Thanks so much for the great service!

I went in to get two twin box springs and ended up leaving with a purple mattress and fully adjustable base...not what I intended cut couldn't be happier with my decision! The exceptional service we received while there was the major factor in us making that decision. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new bed or just don't know it yet, either way they will help you and get you taken care of!!

Went in to buy a mattress on Labor Day weekend sale. Picked out a medium mattress and the sales person showed us an adjustable frame that came with it due to the sale going on and showed us the feet and head moving. My husband asked if that was the exact frame we would get with it and the sales man said yes. Then the sales person asked if we wanted a mattress protector for $100 as well and we agreed. When we went to pay the mattress protector changed price to $150. We asked about it and he changed the delivery price to $99 instead of $150. They delivered the bed a week later and it is really firm and the feet aren’t adjustable, just the head part unlike what the sales guy said. I call and they say it’s only the adjustable head and the mattress in store was medium and felt softer than ours because a lot of people lay on the store one and ours will have to break in. Unhappy with this, lied and manipulated us. Won’t be buying another mattress through them again.

I went in looking for a solution for a low-profile full size box spring for a toddler. The staff was quick and knowledgeable! I walked out with a bunkie-board that I got to take home the same day! Great service!

The bed was great! Once I got it… the crew that set it up was great! Things happen and I understand that but more communication would’ve made a world of difference. I was patient but I almost canceled the order. I don’t need to be sugarcoated with excuses when I’m making an expensive purchase. Other that the bed is great and another shout out to the crew who set up my bed! They deserve a bonus!!!

I went into the store looking for an adjustable bed for my elderly father. Andy helped me and was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information that I could then share with my parents. Five weeks later we decided to get the bed from Mattress Firm and I called and spoke to Andy again. He was able to take care of the purchase over the phone. He made the process VERY easy for me and saved me another trip into the store. I highly recommend this store! Andy was very professional, kind and efficient. Thank you!

Mattress Firm has a very nice showroom in a great location. Glenn was very helpful and did his best to guide us in our mattress selection. There were the well-known brands as well as other brands we’d never heard of making for a well-rounded selection of brands and models to choose from. With the President’s Day sale, we felt like we received a good value for the money spent.
