Ian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was not pushy. He was very personable. Any questions we had were answered completely. We purchased our furniture due to the personal care given to my husband and myself from Ian.

My husband and I were just in as we are needing to purchase everything for our new house (bedroom sets, living room, etc) Jeff Clunk greeted us promptly and was very nice, especially when he seen what all we were interested in purchasing. He gave us a lot of wrong information which wasn’t corrected until another nice lady (name I didn’t get) stepped in to help. We ended up not purchasing everything we wanted since we kept getting bad information which then prompted him to throw a literal temper tantrum. Very unprofessional and very displeased with our visit and the help we received. (Happy with the couch I got though, that’s the only reason I gave two stars.)

We have worked with Theresa several times. She has a highly developed sense of how to assist her customers. She listens first, then asks questions to help her get a better understanding of what you are searching for and then makes appropriate suggestions. This past weekend she assisted us in purchasing a new mattress and pillows. Never have we had anyone guide us through four different mattresses and an equal number of pillows to find the ones that will work best for us. All our questions were answered as we moved back and forth between the floor samples trying the different combinations until we found the right combination for us. If you are looking for furniture, I highly recommend this lady.

Theresa was wonderful to work with! She has a great personality. She pointed out all the great features of the sofa and loveseat that we purchased. She was a no pressure salesman and made my husband and I feel very comfortable and we knew we made the best purchase for us.

It's been 12 weeks since we ordered. Nothing custom or crazy. It's still not delivered. We don't get updates. Just radio silence. They now say it might be another 3 weeks. They offer no compensation or anything. Very unprofessional place. If you want to wait months for your simple furniture order, with no updates then this is the place for you! I will never buy anything from your store again. Awful customer service!

We are excited to get our new couch set! Our sales rep Teresa was amazing and probably helped in our decision of picking Slumberland to buy from. I have anxiety about furniture stores because some sales reps don’t really give you space to actually take your time and look, but she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable of the products and answered all of our questions with ease!

I walked in not really expecting to be able to find a couch I wanted at this time. I was approached by Ian the manager an Jaime a trainee of only 2 weeks. They made me an my best friend feel so comfortable and welcome right from the start. They had us laughing so much and made us feel at ease about everything. I told them what I was looking for and ended up with something that I loved even more. They didn’t pressure me into buying any certain couch, they had such a great attitude an personality. They built a great rapport in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend going there. Best experience I have ever had trying to buy furniture.

My experience with Slumberland has been positive per the quality of merchandise and selection in store as well as on line. I have yet to receive my merchandise ordered. The one negative part of my experience was unfortunately the sales person. He was rather pushy and condescending in nature and I was ready to go elsewhere to make my purchase. Fortunately on my second contact I had a different sales person and he was awesome and I was able to make my purchase without any regrets.
