Had a great experience with Amber! Went in to look around and try to see some things I’d seen online. She was great and not pressuring. Very friendly. She was realistic with deals, options, and ability to cancel. She carried a chair around to multiple places in store to look compare and see together. Overall very impressed. Amber, you earned a repeat customer when I’m in the market for furniture again! Thank you! *Haven’t gotten my furniture yet so will reserve reviews on that for later.

Experience was very pleasant, easy to talk to the salesman, no haggling necessary. He was very polite and kindly engaged on my kids. We went over all the details about the sectional we were looking at and he got me where I needed to be. It was over all a good, no pressure experience.

I had such a great experience with this location. The staff are friendly and are not invasive. We had just moved to St. Robert and was in need of furniture. 2 Twin beds, living room set, and king bed set. Amber is SO helpful. She is literally phenomenal at her job. She made everything a breeze and has great communication. They were able to deliver our furniture that following Wednesday. Our sofa arrived with a back rest cushion missing. We got the run around with customer service which was really frustrating. Finally, we called Amber and she got it taken care of. Our backrest cushion was delivered within a few days at no expense to us. I highly recommend shopping here and working with Amber. Thanks again!, Spears Family

Worst experience ever. Massive delay in furniture then once we receive part of our order the couch purchased was already breaking down. The so called leather already showing wearing. Notice the wear in the leather in less than 3 months. Tried calling customer service the store serval times no answer so had to personally drive to the store to try and resolve the issue. Having to order new set of furniture because of how bad the couch was wore already. Then waited again for them to deliver new different furniture. Once furniture came in they was supposed to pick up the current furniture but said they had no pick up information. This no pick up information went on for weeks. Again, I had to drive to the store because they would not pick up the phone. This process of getting our furniture carried on for over a month. I had never been so upset with a company in my life. I will not purchase anything from them EVER AGAIN.

Excellent service from start to finish! Leah is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly! She made the process so easy. I ordered my sofa July 5th and it was delivered July 9th. I chose the white glove delivery and worth every penny! The 2 guys that delivered my sofa were so professional, polite and friendly! They made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I’m in love with my new sofa! Good quality and good price! I will not hesitate to buy from Ashley again!

In 2018 I purchased a $2800 sectional, with a $320, 5 year extended warranty plan. I was told that this warranty included damage done by pets. Within the 5 years, I incurred 2 small rips (under 1”) and opened a claim to have the rips repaired. Ashley furniture said it was out of their hands because it was past the 1 year manufacturing warranty, so I needed to open a claim with the protection plan company. So, I did. My claim was denied because of a manufacturer defect with the fabric, so the warranty was voided. So, I spent $2800 on a sectional from Ashley Furniture, on a fabric couch that was pitched to me as “highly resistant to pets” and the fabric is discontinued and considered a defect, so my warranty was voided. All of which is completely out of my hands. I went back to Ashley Furniture and explained the situation. I understand that their 1 year warranty was expired, however, their sales representative lied to me in order to get the sale. He lied to me about the fabric quality and about the extended warranty plan. Because I was lied to, I do feel that it is Ashley Furniture’s duty to rectify the situation, given that their sales rep lied and misrepresented their products. I’m not asking for a new sectional, I am however asking for the rips to be repaired, which can be done for under $200 (I have already contacted 2 local businesses within Springfield that will repair the rips on site). I am extraordinarily disappointed in Ashley Furniture, as I have purchased furniture from them, and so have my family and friends for 30+ years. I will not be back to purchase anything from Ashley Furniture or their affiliates, nor will my family members. I strongly recommend that if you continue to do business here, don’t purchase the protection plan, as it is entirely pointless, and don’t expect anything that they are telling you to be true. If you like the furniture and the price, purchase it for that reason only. EDIT: I contacted the customer support number that was left in response to my review. As it should be no surprise, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the protection plan, nor was I able to get the full cost of repair covered. However, the individual who helped me worked very hard to get me 5% of my purchase price back ($110). Some money back is better than none, as it goes records the cost of the repairs. Once again, I stand by my original statement. “Do not purchase extended warranty plans”. I personally will not be shopping at Ashley Furniture anymore only due to the fact that they lied and didn’t stand behind their product. But I do commend the rep that helped me receive some money back!

Sales staff is friendly but it takes months for delivery and then its only part of the order. In January we ordered 2 bedroom sets, a couch, coffee table, desk and dining room table and chairs. So far almost 5 months later we have 1 bedroom set and a table with no chairs. Every time they give us a date they change it. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. It's not worth the hassle.

Visited Saturday, looking for furniture. The salesman in a white doctor's jacket wearing a mask came up and stuck his hand out. Most people still aren't shaking as of yet, I haven't in two years and not going to now. He makes a snide remark "oh you don't shake hands" and mouths something else. No, hands are very disgusting! So maybe he doesn't understand why he is wearing a mask either. We just considered him rude. We have cash to buy, tried out a few sofas and left. We did like the one in photo but not buying it from him.

The sales process was aggravating, the sales person dropped the ball on the ottoman and when trying to get it corrected the next day, it was like pulling teeth, to get things straightened out. We bought in mid-ish October 2021, and we’re told the furniture should be in around beginning of Dec ‘21 & beginning of Jan ‘22. The orders kept getting pushed back, after every time I called in. Someone in customer service said some people have been waiting for over a YEAR for their things. I asked why Ashley keeps selling items they cannot fulfill, and they said they “ask themselves that question all the time.” Then found out stuff wasn’t arriving until Feb and May. Decided to cancel and found that the store didn’t even have those dates (June!!) and whatnot. Glad I got my money back. Find a furniture store that actually has stock.

I was able to look on the floor of the store without my sales rep being pushy or interrupting the process. Whenever I looked up and had a question Jeff was there to answer it he was patient I came in three different times in one day and he was always accommodating. The show room looked great. Ended up finding the perfect bedroom set
