Sat waiting for a curbside order for 20+ minutes, then they forgot my drinks and were supposed to be going back for them, waited another 10-15 while my food got cold before I had to go in and get the drinks myself. Food was so cold by that point (it was hot when they brought it out) that it was virtually inedible.

Showed up around 11pm and there were a few people in the drive through line. By the time we made it up to order- the person said they couldn’t take orders - so we pulled around only to see the employees sitting in the dining area and watching every car pull around.

We were the only ones in line trying to get 3 sweet teas still took them like 5 mins to come take our order and another 5 to get us our drinks I don't know what they were doing but they weren't taking care of their customers

This location is hit or miss. Most days I have a good experience but my husband almost always have incorrect or missing order. My son complains shake machine is always "down". Usually I end up hopping across to Cook Out for a shake.

My hamburger was dry and mashed badly and the bread was not fresh. This is not how one of the most known fast food restaurant should be preparing a burger this aweful like this one. Also my French fries was not fresh and dried out. This was on Sunday August 14, 2022 at 4pm

They lady at the drive thru window was really nice but when I received our food which it was super late after midnight, the fish filet sandwich was so hard and the bread was old. I asked for a remake and they did it but it was just as worse. Drove back to the window since the inside was closed and they ignored me. Lol 😂 … I am like ok. Is this what we doing? Since it was my birthday, I wanted to go to splurge and this wasn’t it. Made a complaint with the corporate or owner but no response. Won’t ever go back. My husband & I just didn’t eat anything. 🤦🏽♀️

The workers are always nice. But I literally was given meat 2x after I told them I wanted a egg and cheese biscuit. The girl repeated my order but they still gave me the wrong thing. I would’ve went back a third time if I wasn’t going to be late for work. (I should’ve checked before I left) but they usually don’t mess it up.

Went here between 9 and 10pm and it took about 45min to get out of the drive thru line. They took their time coming to the speaker to take my order. The food was not hot, there was BBQ sauce smeared on some of the chicken sandwich bags (and actually on the top of one bun) as well as inside, and 2of the sweet teas literally tasted like brown water .

I was a daily customer here. I would always stop by for breakfast, but this McDonald's ain't it anymore. Staff is rude, you can't ask for things they're supposed to provide you with like tableware, cream, sugar, etc. Employees arguing with each other was one of the main problem. They take so long screaming at each other that they forgot to attend to the customers.
