A much bigger selection and usually lower prices than those other 2 home improvement stores. And here, you actually get a cashier to check you out, unlike those other 2 stores where you have to fight the broken self check-out machines. With that being said, I'm not a fan of the 11% mail-in rebate. A couple times, I never received my rebates back in the mail (about $50 worth). They should have an easier or more secure way... maybe online?... or an instant rebate? But I still wish they had a store in the Newark/Heath area

Had to replace the tub/shower faucet. Menards had the best price and that was before the 11% rebate. The only thing I do not like about their rebate is that you must use it at Menards and it is not a credit on your credit card.

Excellent service. My only complaint is , I wish they had told me about picking up my rebate form in store. I'd never been in a Menards and didn't know to do so. I figured it was part of the pamphlet the checkout handed me.Now I have to download and print off the form, not everyone has a printer and it can't be submitted online. 👎 Again other than that I'm very happy with the service here. I called to see if they had an item in store, they did, I was in and out in ten minutes. 👍

Menards is awesome. I've shopped here for years they have a great selection and prices are pretty good. I've never had a problem with returning anything or with my orders. Check out Menards for all of your home and garden needs.

I was sold 2 20 foot n12 double wall pipes and a coupler for $387.00. Load the pipe then I was told the coupler is on back order for who knows how long. Unload the pipe and get a refund. Now my $387.00 is tied up in limbo for 3 to 5 business days. No apologies or anything. I also bought a rope to tie down said pipe that i opened and I didn't even ask for a refund on that. First experience at Menards is poor. 3 hours and 5 gallons of gas I won't be getting back.

Wonderful! Beautiful paint! Awesome selection of cleaning, storage products. Nice gardening tools. Very user-friendly store. Abundant, not overwhelming.Nice lighting. Aisles adequate width.

Wide selection of any home essential you’d ever need or think of. I personally prefer here over Lowe’s due to the larger selection and better more spacious layout. Large outdoor selection including: brick, mulch, and flower bed decor. Their lighting selection is large also.

At first I was leery reading reviews because I've never been to a Menards and I do not live close. They had a product (insulation) that I needed that no one local did. At first glance, this place was huge. It is a Lowe's and Home Depot and more. This place is great and the people were helpful. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Attached are pictures from the pickup yard.

Every employee was very helpful and nice! Henry was great with helping us with the corrugated metal for my garage. Lauren did a great design for the cabinets that would go in the garage with some type of cabinets that look like tool boxes with diamond plate. Then my wife went into the greenhouse area and the young man working in there answered a ton of questions that we had. **So the overall experience with three different sales people in three different departments was excellent! Honestly, just a stones-throw down the road is Lowe's and we have not had good experiences there. We will continue to shop Menards only.
