When I have questions I can never get ahold of anyone and no one is there in the office. Now I’m trying to fix my account and still can’t get ahold of anyone there!

The people at this dirty, rundown dump are running a scam. I joined despite initial misgivings because they never close, but that was a big mistake. If you want to cancel your membership, you have to prove (no kidding) that you are moving more than 35 miles from any Anytime Fitness location! Otherwise they'll just keep taking money out of your account. After paying them big upfront fees and all. Horrible experience. Go to one of the decent gyms in town.

I’ve been a member since 2014. This was by far the worst gym and experience out of the four gyms that I’ve visited. The manager came up to me out of the blue and said something to me for the first time. Keep in mind, I’ve been attending this gym for a month. She asked did I come from the grapevine gym without speaking or acknowledging who she was. She also asked how long have I been here and how long have I been attending the gym, I told her about a month. Then she goes on to ask how much was I paying, and have I seen the signs around the gym referring to the pricing. I stated no, and she goes on to say how much more it would be to occupy this facility. Mind you I’ve been paying the same price for almost 8 years. I said I’m not paying extra to work out here, even though it was a very small up charge, this facility equipment and staff is not worth it. Bottom line, the manager is very rude, does not acknowledge the customers at all, the equipment is old, and the gym is pretty dark. Again one of the worst experiences and not worth the price. I will be canceling my member ship and contacting corporate due to not being to speak with the owner and being targeted. -0 stars

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Candace is EXTREMELY aggressive. After weeks of calling and trying to get an appointment to meet with somebody in regards to my membership I finally met the manager Candace and right off the bat she was extremely aggressive and rude. She refused to answer any questions and told me to call the billing company which I already had and they told me on the phone I could only fix my account with my gym. So then I tried to ask her about my other account and she told me multiple times she couldn't find that account in her system that she would ask the owner and call me back which she never did. That was the first time I met her So then when I saw her again weeks later (today) I asked her since she was unable to fix it if I could talk to the owner (he was the one who signed me up for both memberships) so I figured he'd be able to fix everything and she once again was extremely rude and said "nobody is allowed to talk to the owner" so then I told her I've spoken to him when he signed me up before and seen him multiple times in the gym he was really nice and she rolled her eyes and stood up and she said no she was the manager and she's the only one I could talk to even tho she couldn't fix my situation. She also told me she was a new employee and that she didn't work there full time she works at another gym so I kept asking if anybody else working there could help me and she refused to let me talk to anybody else. She then CALLED THE COPS ON ME and got me banned because she said I "talked over her" and she didn't like my fake eyelashes I was wearing (yes, she made multiple comments about my appearance ) She insulted me multiple times and stood over me and literally pushed me out the door. The cops even agreed with me that she was acting erratic and all of this was unnecessary. They said she was going through stuff in her personal life but that is no excuse to treat somebody like how she treated me. but the cops still had to ban me because she told them to. so now my cards being charged for memberships they don't even have on file (so Candace claims) and I'm being charged for a gym I'm not even allowed back to. Worst experience ever.

Worst gym experience. The manager is awful and we had questions about our membership and she just kept telling us to call billing. We asked to speak to the owners and was told we couldn’t. Got no information on why we were being charged twice for one membership. She proceeded to raise her voice and tell us to get out of her office while on the phone with the cops and made rude comments about our appearance. Highly recommend you save your time and get a gym membership anywhere else but here!

This place is a joke, the manager Candice is the absolute rudest, unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered at a gym. I will spread the word to every single person I know about how things are ran here at this location. Definitely DO NOT take your business here! Go to any other gym but this one!

This has to be the worst gym I’ve ever attended in my life. The manger named Candace was super rude and unprofessional. She should be fired !!! I don’t think I’ll ever step foot into another Anytime fitness.

All I gotta say is 0 Stars for Candace aka the manager. Who knows how she got that position. She need to go sit down at home and watch Dr. Phill or something. Anyway 0 stars here.

Nice place to work out, not a lot of people. What's the point of the tanning beds, no one uses them. This place would be more profitable if they sold the tanning beds and got a sauna room instead. Not a lot of GYM's around here have saunas.

My review keeps going away. Visited a while back for a membership paid upfront for the full year. Had two people approach me yelling something. very hostile so I went to another room. The men stalked me to the other room. One grabbed my legs the other grabbed me by the neck and went down. My neck hurt I could not breath and he was pulling back on it "still have marks years later on my neck from the strangulations". My last words were I could not breathe and one guy let go of my legs and said to leg me go. The police showed up my eyes were burning and I could not move them. Could barely speak or breathe. No medical attention was provided and I was shipped to the detention center and lost my job in result. Bonded out and my key card was removed from the system. called Janet lee and was told could not have my money back and she would do nothing. The facility was very clean but not a very pleasant experience.
