I have been using services for several months now.Through the years I have been in several large big city salons. My first time at jcpenney I found Sherry. She is a gem. She is trained in precision cuts. Her cuts are exactly what you ask for and rival any cut I have ever had. Not only that but as it grows out it retains style and manageability. She is one of my top 3 stylists. Oh and when i made the appointment I tld her I wanted a style like a certain star. She had actually already looked up pics of the style and planned how to apply to my hair and was prepared when I arrived. The surroundings are pleasant, the employees are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend this salon and of course Sherry. Chicago, LA, and Vegas ain't got nothing on you guys except the wine they served. Sandy Hendrickson

I booked an appointment for today with Rachel Bilyeu. I arrived for the appointment to be told that the stylist didn't even show up for work! The receptionist explained that she had called her several times with no response. Completely unprofessional. I'm sure the salon will do nothing to make it up to me as the customer so hopefully they at least fire her. The one star I had to give goes out the receptionist who had to deal with this awkward situation.

Awesome salon!! I give it a ten! Customer service is great. I used to go to Leslie until she made manager. She’s the best and will be best manager as well. They have excellent stylists that aim to please. Services: Hairstyling, Waxing, Haircut, Hair coloring

I’ve always went to Leslie for my hair, and she does a phenomenal job. I really wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. But, she is now the manager and is constantly improving the environment and staff. Friendly girls, great skills and service. They all seem to do an awesome job. Service: Hair coloring

I highly recommend Brooke if you go to get your hair done! She is so talented and knowledgeable about hair! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly! That’s rare to find someone who can look at a picture and match it so well! She also gave me recommendations on what cut would look best on me and she was totally right! I absolutely love my hair and will be a returning customer to her! Also the salon was very pleasant and clean! The girls were all very friendly and it was a nice quiet atmosphere! Would highly recommend Brooke, as a hair stylist! We have taken our toddlers to her multiple times, and she does a phenomenal job at keeping them calm while making it a pleasant experience, for both child and parent. I need to say do yourself a favor do not go to this JC PENNEY Salon ever. My hair is butchered, my brows are just as bad and my two teens were in tears after we left, the brows on both look horrible on top of that she was supposed to do eyebrows not wax a forehead and she waxed my 13 yr old grand daughters forehead leaving it looking so horrible my grand daughter is so devastated she put a hoodie covering her forehead because of it and her eyebrows are just as bad. Asked to speak to the Manager on duty and she was really sarcastic so that s whatthe girls said after we walked out of the salon.how the girls felt girls said when we walked out of the salon., I cut her off and told her I didn't want to talk about it. She never offered to try to fix it or anything then she even tried to over charge me for my cut. I'm hoping g I can post a picture of myself but the app doesn't want to let me. Service: Haircut
