Best cell phone store in Norwalk, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Philly’s customer service was exceptional! He was sure to share all the current promotions with me and made transferring my old phone number to a new account seamless. He was very patient considering it took about 2 hours in total. All the other staff that helped throughout the process were amazing as well. Highly recommend this AT&T branch! ~Jessica

I've always had pretty good service at AT&T stores, but my most recent visit was worth writing a review about. I went to pick up an order I placed online. When I got there, the manager, Rachael, helped me decide between the phone I ordered and another that I liked better that was on display. While we were waiting for all my contacts and photos to transfer over, she offered to take a look a look at our plan (which was years old and outdated). She put us into a new plan that was more economical for our family - even after upgrading two phones and two apple watches. She suggested coming into the store for future transactions, and I absolutely will! There's something to be said about extraordinary service that you just can't get from behind a computer screen. ~Kristen
