5 stars for Staff in store, -2 stars for the hoops they need to jump through to help customers Staff here is wonderful can't say enough good things about them. AT&T service has been rock solid for me, when traveling I often have service on my personal AT&T cell when my Verizon work cell has no service. The issues are with what the staff can do in store and what they have to call in for, anything other than simple upgrades they have had to call in because the system would not let them do it themselves. Last time they were nice enough and told us that we did not need to wait around when they dealt with customer service.

Wow wow wow. I have never had such an overall amazing experience with ANY other retail provider. Trey was a 10+! He spent 2 hours with me working on a series of issues with my son’s phone. He is in London and had it stolen and we had to freeze the phone and could not get into iCloud to stop the thieves from accessing all kinds of accounts. Trey was calm, knowledgeable, friendly and worked for almost 2 hours to solve all the problems we faced. He never gave up when we needed to work around some Apple issues. He also worked with me on price and introduced me to their TV steaming service which will be the answer to our optimum usage. Trey was personable and patient and I left so relieved. I would have hugged him if I could. Today was his first day at the store after transferring from another. It was a true blessing to have met him. Ask for him when you go!!! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

Tiffany is the absolute BEST. Helped me things regarding my account and phone that I did not even know I needed help with. She is so smart, patient and knows her stuff!! I will only work with her going forward … she is THAT good!

Kristina was a breath of fresh air. She was patient, knowledgeable, and I never would have been able to tell she wasn’t the manager but in fact was a new sales person. Congrats on hiring an employee the represents you well.

Philly Zephir was my Retail Sales Consultant today. He has gentlemanly qualities and very respectful. He was absolutely wonderful, very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was quite a long tedious procedure trying to get my number ported over from Family Mobile which actually never happened but Philly stuck with me to the end. I will definitely recommend him highly. Just switch from Verizon and I must admit the customer service was impeccable Philly was extremely hospitable Craig was also very helpful and extremely informative. I was highly impressed with their professionalism and courteous nature towards customer unlike Tmobile. I highly recommend this store and their amazing staff

Philly’s customer service was exceptional! He was sure to share all the current promotions with me and made transferring my old phone number to a new account seamless. He was very patient considering it took about 2 hours in total. All the other staff that helped throughout the process were amazing as well. Highly recommend this AT&T branch!
