Best tax preparation in Southington, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I went to a location that I’ve never went too in previous years. I sat there for a 1hr and a half. The whole time the associate was asking me if I filed my federal which I told him continuously that I didn’t. We’re going through all the paperwork like he’s doing my federal. When I left he only gave me paperwork stating my state has been filed. I knew there was something wrong. I called the West Hartford location where the district manager was and I was correct. My federal wasn’t done at all. The district manager did correct the issue but the inconvenience was horrible. Plus $600 is way too much to get your taxes done previous years it was much less. . I will definitely be doing them myself next year. ~Amber
