I went to a location that I’ve never went too in previous years. I sat there for a 1hr and a half. The whole time the associate was asking me if I filed my federal which I told him continuously that I didn’t. We’re going through all the paperwork like he’s doing my federal. When I left he only gave me paperwork stating my state has been filed. I knew there was something wrong. I called the West Hartford location where the district manager was and I was correct. My federal wasn’t done at all. The district manager did correct the issue but the inconvenience was horrible. Plus $600 is way too much to get your taxes done previous years it was much less. . I will definitely be doing them myself next year.

Great service. Always skeptical of these pop up shops but it was a great experience. I encourage anyone to give it a try. A fancy office is not always best. It was convenient,easy and great service. Would continue to use. Thanks.

I used the Jackson Hewitt in the Southington Walmart. The tax preparer was a very nice man. I felt he did a great job, and was so apologetic when his printer was messing up (an IT issue, not operator error). I have used Jackson Hewitt for several years now, and I always feel they do a good job and go above and beyond to get me the best refund that they can.

it was in a booth in a Walmart store, over a hour late , cold , a lot of noise from people coming in the door and screaming children while answering questions, and even though I was very organized, the charge was overwhelming. Over 500.00 for a easy tax return I should have done online. I was floored!! Would not go back again.
