This will be my first and last time i ever go to them for taxes!! I got the lowest income tax return, I ever had of me filing and they over charged me when I filed with them, they didn't give me any deductions that I always get every year when I filed with my regular tax services company.. I feel like they just wanted my money!! SMH

Horrible! They said I ended up owning over $350...I told the lady it had to be a mistake and she insisted its impossible....so I took my taxes to another provider....GUES WHAT IM GETTING OVER $380 IN RETURNS... UNREAL WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!!!

Ran my numbers by another tax professional and found out I could have saved money and not pay the gov. As much. Too bad I did that after I filed. Shame on me. But you can be damn sure I won't go to JH again. Simply discusting.
