Best outdoor sports store in Waterbury, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I went to this store on Nov 3 to do a return. A young employee did it and today is Dec 2 my money is not in my account yet. I been trying to get help from the store or the help center online. No one is helping me at all only I hear is excuses or apologies. No money no item. Really upset with them... ~Claritza
