We’ve been taking Azalea to WAH since we got Azalea at 9 weeks old. Azalea will be 1 on Thursday and she LOVES going to the vet. Over Christmas Azalea got her first heat cycle and was super lethargic and they helped come up with new ideas to help and also checked in on us a few days later! I will never recommend or do business with West Elm again. I’ve been trying to return a defective couch for a year. Cushions were so thin all you felt was the frame/wood under your butt. West elm finally picked up my couch 2 weeks ago and I still have not seen my $1800 refunded to my credit card!!! I’ve literally called this company 25+ times spending at least an hour on the phone each time. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere - absolute worst customer service!!!! ~Jenna

Not a fan of this business. Would not buy from them online again. I returned a $550.00 coverlet by UPS (at my expense) five weeks ago and only today received my refund AFTER contacting the store. The explanation: the item HAD arrived but hadn’t yet “been checked in”. After five weeks? If I had not reached out, how long it would have taken to get my money back? Maybe never. This is just bad business and borders on dishonesty. ~Kathy

I always love visiting S&L for inspiration. The team is welcoming and helped me understand the best solution for redecorating my living room and dining nook. There was a delay for my coffee table but in times like this I expected it and they were very communicative about when it would be realistically delivered. ~Kelli

So nice to have a long-standing, consistently good deli in Westport rather than the poorly staffed deli chains around town. I’ve never had a bad meal from JR’s. Great breakfast sammies. Today I had a roast beef on a roll with horsie mayo, Swiss, lettuce & tomato. It was SO tasty. The roast beef was warm and very tender…might have been seasoned a little too. In any event, for $11 it was very worth it- tons of roast beef. Keep up the good work, JR’s! ~Amy

The family that has run this Sunoco since the beginning of time are amazing people. Ross the manager and owner is a real good guy. With stamina, athleticism and looks! They have great coffee and an amazing selection of healthy and unhealthy goodness when it comes to snack. Love this place ~Nicholas

Heather worked with me , bouncing fabric colors and patterns off each other until we found a pattern and color I liked for our throw pillows for our new couch coming next week. She even let me rearrange the floor model to physically envision how we wanted to place it at home. She communicated clearly about the process of having our couch made and the timeline and what to expect. I will definitely shop there again and again. ~Chad
