7 Best home goods store in Westport, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Not a fan of this business. Would not buy from them online again. I returned a $550.00 coverlet by UPS (at my expense) five weeks ago and only today received my refund AFTER contacting the store. The explanation: the item HAD arrived but hadn’t yet “been checked in”. After five weeks? If I had not reached out, how long it would have taken to get my money back? Maybe never. This is just bad business and borders on dishonesty. ~Kathy

I always love visiting S&L for inspiration. The team is welcoming and helped me understand the best solution for redecorating my living room and dining nook. There was a delay for my coffee table but in times like this I expected it and they were very communicative about when it would be realistically delivered. ~Kelli

Heather worked with me , bouncing fabric colors and patterns off each other until we found a pattern and color I liked for our throw pillows for our new couch coming next week. She even let me rearrange the floor model to physically envision how we wanted to place it at home. She communicated clearly about the process of having our couch made and the timeline and what to expect. I will definitely shop there again and again. ~Chad

They tend to have quite nice clothes but it's all quite overpriced. I went to buy a hoodie and it was 110$ there, but only 80$ from the seller itself. Also one of the staff, I'm guessing the manager, has been quite rude to me and even my friends for no reason on quite a few occasions but the other workers are great to talk to ~Tate

Has been one of my favorite stores for years! You can get anything there from a beautiful piece of furniture from France to a hostess gift. Definite go-to shop in Westport. ~Heather

I have never commissioned a price of art before and rarely even buy art so I was a little nervous. Kerri’s process was so smooth it turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The perfect size, perfect colors and of course the unique whimsical design that Kerri is known for. The painting makes the room and we are thrilled with the final product. ~Heidi
