The employees are all helpful and kind, the bank layout itself is lacking. The drive up atm is designed so you have to be in an oversized suv to reach it but also so narrow that you need a clown car to get to the thing. ~Dan

If I could have gave this location zero stars I would have!! Today I went through the drive thru and I wanted to cash my check. I gave the teller my check, she wrote on the back of it, told me I could not cash it because I didn’t have the funds in my account to cover it. Ok cool I told her to give me my check back and I’ll go cash it else where. She gave it back to me knowing she wrote on it and I would NOT be able to cash it anywhere else after that! Had me waste my time leaving and having to come back just to deposit the check anyway!!! Moral of the story check your check before leaving if this ever happens to you because they write on their checks!! Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. ~Deshanta

I have had this bank since I was about 18 , and they have always had my back . I had someone attempt to hack into my account just the other day and without skipping a beat , Artisans was able to stop them right in their tracks. I was in such a panic on the phone and they made sure to make me feel secure and that everything will be okay . Thank you so much Artisans ! ~Ariel
