I called to make an appointment for service. I was told I could not, but not to worry, as there were only two people waiting. I got there, and 5 people were there. One had waited over an hour. I had to take off from work for this!!!

If I could have gave this location zero stars I would have!! Today I went through the drive thru and I wanted to cash my check. I gave the teller my check, she wrote on the back of it, told me I could not cash it because I didn’t have the funds in my account to cover it. Ok cool I told her to give me my check back and I’ll go cash it else where. She gave it back to me knowing she wrote on it and I would NOT be able to cash it anywhere else after that! Had me waste my time leaving and having to come back just to deposit the check anyway!!! Moral of the story check your check before leaving if this ever happens to you because they write on their checks!! Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Extremely slow with solving account issues. If you don’t like having your money held up for weeks with no answers as to why then take your money somewhere that values your time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First of all, I have had an account there for three years and have been getting direct deposit from the same company for 2.5 years consistently every two weeks. I got a payroll check this time from the same company and they put a hold on it because they have to verify it even though it is the same account that has been making direct deposits for over 2 years! That is ridiculous and inexcusable. I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero. They are absolutely not America’s most convenient bank. Every time I have to do anything in the branch it takes forever. The employees are not helpful and each one gives different information. They are not friendly and there is never a warm greeting just blank stares. I’m finally done and moving my banking elsewhere.

Came in on Saturday morning at 9:00am to make a deposit for a customer. The cashier was very short, didn’t say good morning nor smile. But not surprised because the other five employees didn’t smile nor greet either. The last time I checked this is a Customer Service industry. I am very thankful for my bank USAA and the customer service they always deliver.

Great customer service! I felt confident and happy I chose TD. At first I was hesitant however the warm greeting at the door changed it all. The representative I opened the account with was awesome!

The drive thru is so slow!! I wait 15+ plus minutes every time I come for a simple deposit.. & the 15+ doesn't include the time I wait in line behind other cars.

Understaffed and unorganized. I don't blame the branch for being heavily utilized, but they handle the foot traffic very poorly. The waiting area is way too small to accommodate the people who need service, and they would desperately benefit from a numbered queuing system, since the reps can't be trusted to keep track of whose next to be served. Ended up waiting 2hrs the last time I went in. Avoid at all costs.

waited 15 minutes at the drive thru, no one showed up. Once someone showed up it took another 15 minutes for the deposit to be processed. The deposit was made on a Thursday before 7pm, it was processed on Friday. The funds were not availble till Saturday. And they advertise that they leave the doors open for you 10 minutes after 7. What is that about.

Customer service is a 0, I wish I could give 0 stars. After 30 minutes of waiting to see someone the service rep told me she was leaving and was super rude and nasty. Tellers are great though. Time to hire some new staff TD bank!
