OK, once again I’ve come to the same location and the same guy named Ali shows an attitude and totally makes me not want to deal with MetroPCS in the long run. I’ve noticed that he doesn’t take the same temperament with Hispanics that he does with blacks that I see in here which is really bad because I thought this area was pretty neutral. Guaranteed I won’t be coming to this location anymore especially since they sell fake apple AirPods. I’m sure Ali is the son of the owner so when they say that they pride themselves in fixing something it’s just banter for the people reading

Horrible! Not sure what’s going on with Ali, but maybe customer service isn’t his thing. We all have bad days but the guy is having a bad year. If your having a good day I wouldn’t go here… or at least wait for the older man to show up. He’s actually nice

The older man is ok but the youngest is a jerk. I came to pay my phone and he took his time and acted like I was stopping him from looking at his phone. Also, I this location sells fake apple products so be careful.
