I had A smooth transition into the storage unit. I was Moving out of my apartment and was in desperate needed of a place to store my stuff. I got A great rate up front. But unfortunately due to inflation the price went up. But I spoke Chanel or Shanel. Sorry for the misspelling. She was so patient and nice. She offered to discount 2 months worth of rent since this is my first time renting a storage unit and i was on time with all my payments. Which was Greatly appreciated.
