Best cell phone store in Coral Springs, Florida (FL) 2024

Today was amazing day, This Metro pcs has a very intelligent and professional Young lady by the name of Carlane, she was very helpful and she know her stuff, when it comes to phones, she is the go to person... very sharp and professional.. Very bad Customer service. Very rude. They don't explain company's policies before you buy. So we I decided to change within the 7 day return policy. They denied it. Beware of this Metropcs store. ~Mario

I honestly use to love sprint/T-Mobile until I realized how much they don’t value their loyal customers. I’ve been with sprint since 2015 and the first time I had to get a new phone because mine broke, I went into a store and the sales person there was extremely rude, not helpful at all, rushed my whole experience. Said he was transferring all my pictures and data to my new phone, which he didn’t and I lost everything I had, including precious photos and videos of my grandmother right before she passed away. When I came back he was so unsympathetic. The second time I had no choice but to upgrade my phone due to bugs and my phone not turning on or holding any battery life. I get that that is probably an issue with apple, but having to get a new phone brought my bill up to over $100 per month. When I called to change my plan and figure a way to bring my bill lower, I spent over 2 hours on the phone with them. They promised me it will go down to $70 per month by giving me a discount that was apparently approved by their manager. All just to get me to buy a new phone and not switch to another company. They LIED. I asked for something in writing to be sent to my email, they never did. And sent me the phone with the same plan and I had no choice but to be locked in. It’s such a scam. I called again to complain. Still the same thing. I think these customer service associates over the phone are trained to lie and make you sign something. I should’ve gotten out when I had the chance. Now my bill is $125 for just one phone. It’s ridiculous. I make sure to tell everyone I know NEVER to use sprint or T-Mobile. And honestly the people I know who do have you guys, also have had very bad and similar experiences. Hate to be a #Karen about this, but I make an exception here. You guys have cost me nothing but time and money. ~Vanessa
