Went to T-mobile Kyle was the one to help us out, let me tell you he is great at customer care and so helpful. Helped us all the way resolving our issues that we had with at&t carrier which we had a bad experience with. He turn our frown into smiles and solve our issue. Highly recommend coming to him GOAT.

I honestly use to love sprint/T-Mobile until I realized how much they don’t value their loyal customers. I’ve been with sprint since 2015 and the first time I had to get a new phone because mine broke, I went into a store and the sales person there was extremely rude, not helpful at all, rushed my whole experience. Said he was transferring all my pictures and data to my new phone, which he didn’t and I lost everything I had, including precious photos and videos of my grandmother right before she passed away. When I came back he was so unsympathetic. The second time I had no choice but to upgrade my phone due to bugs and my phone not turning on or holding any battery life. I get that that is probably an issue with apple, but having to get a new phone brought my bill up to over $100 per month. When I called to change my plan and figure a way to bring my bill lower, I spent over 2 hours on the phone with them. They promised me it will go down to $70 per month by giving me a discount that was apparently approved by their manager. All just to get me to buy a new phone and not switch to another company. They LIED. I asked for something in writing to be sent to my email, they never did. And sent me the phone with the same plan and I had no choice but to be locked in. It’s such a scam. I called again to complain. Still the same thing. I think these customer service associates over the phone are trained to lie and make you sign something. I should’ve gotten out when I had the chance. Now my bill is $125 for just one phone. It’s ridiculous. I make sure to tell everyone I know NEVER to use sprint or T-Mobile. And honestly the people I know who do have you guys, also have had very bad and similar experiences. Hate to be a #Karen about this, but I make an exception here. You guys have cost me nothing but time and money.

Kyle switch my whole family from ATT , if you ever needed someone so helpful I recommend him if your stopping by. The store is always full of people and I was treat with respect and they gave a great deal where I save a bunch of money.

I walked into this mall to pick up a pair of shoes and I was drawn in by Jeremiah’s amazing energy. I stayed and bought a phone, iPad, AirPods etc because of his and Trevons AMAZING service. They gave me super transparent numbers, an amazing promotion for my trade in and they just took great care of me in their store. Also a mention for Ashly who helped out with my item browsing— this team is the definition of great.

Ashly Rocks!... She is very patient, energetic and friendly. We had a great experience Ashly helped us resolve an issued with one of our lines which affected our promotion. Came in to T-Mobile at the Coral Square Mall today to upgrade my family's phones. I was helped by Kyle. He was very professional and explained evrything in detail. These things take time and Kyle made it fun, more than just a transaction. highly recommend this location stop by and ask for Kyle.
