I been sent to this location by a agency with a time sensitive deadline of 72 hours, when I tried to get a appointment they are not taking appointments for two weeks, walk in are welcome say the site. The staff is rude and overwhelmed with appointments, there is no receptionist. I am a Human who needs to be treated with care and respect. If I were a organization and I need to pair my services. I would think of doing so with a different agency. The experience of a process that is apart of a total experience of a organization. Is concerning and dehumanizing to say the least of all.
