waiting two hours for drug test. Staff doesn't even acknowledge you no one at front desk. This Office have no respect for your time and having to go to work. I never waited so long for drug test. Pick another Center or location

Lest start for the service is too much computer , no body help you even if you go to the lab , check in A things like a table ( that you know that you have to sing before the patient on the waiting room tells you) but no body is there to help you if you have questions regard insurance or order forget it, there’s no body to help, you have to stand by the door and pray for someone to come one and see if some see you and help, one that someone see you the answer are veré what ever, and the system was down for 30min , so I ended at my primary to see is someone could help me with a test for school admissions, thanks God. So people don’t waste your time here

Stacy was such a nice and kind person. She took me right away and helped me with questions I had. I recommend to go to quest around 6:40 for walk ins because they took me quickly, less than 10 minutes. Thank you!! ❤️

I been sent to this location by a agency with a time sensitive deadline of 72 hours, when I tried to get a appointment they are not taking appointments for two weeks, walk in are welcome say the site. The staff is rude and overwhelmed with appointments, there is no receptionist. I am a Human who needs to be treated with care and respect. If I were a organization and I need to pair my services. I would think of doing so with a different agency. The experience of a process that is apart of a total experience of a organization. Is concerning and dehumanizing to say the least of all. Communication is clear and walk in are not welcome but can take the chance to sit and wait....don't pee yourself.

I went to Quest to have some lab work done at the request of my doctor. I made an appointment about a week out. I received email and text message reminders leading up to the appointment. When I arrived, I was able to simply check in using my cell phone. The wait time was no more than 10 minutes. My phlebotomist was Sharron W. She was gentle, kind, and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I recommend this location, and I will be back, if necessary, in the future.

If you don’t make an appointment here you’re sh*t out of luck. What is the point of allowing walk ins if they’re just gonna keep getting pushed back by folks setting appointments who aren’t even there. No staff at front desk just two tablets, to log in. Waited two hours for nothing only for them to tell me they won’t see me today because appointments keeping dropping in. System is extremely sloppy and should be set as first come first serve basis, PERIOD. Fix this now! Makes staff look inadequate and could save everybody the constant headaches.

I never write reviews, but in this case I need it. This is my second time in this place and I need to said that was horrible experience. Bad attitude, you need to wait 1h and the phlebotomists so bad attitude too, except the Dominican girl. Remember all people that going to quest are patient.

Had blood work done today for my son and Mariam was very rude/ rushing and unprofessional. When I asked questions being my first time having blood work for my son done she responded very sarcastically to every question… she’s need training or if she doesn’t like her job she should find a new career do better ma’am you work in customer service….

I had an appointment at quest diagnostics. I did not have to wait too long. The phlebotomist was a very very nice person and very good at their job. I did not have any black and blue marks from the blood draw or any pain at all during the blood draw. The person's name was Rain. If I go back I will ask for the same person.
