My son and I went to get haircuts here and they were very accommodating. We were able to check in online and avoid waiting very long times. We went to four other establishments and they all had a weight of 45 minutes or more but Great clips was fantastic. It was about 50 bucks for my son and I to get a haircut which was an ideal but we were both very happy with the outcome. The other lady was gentle with my son for his first time getting a haircut professionally. Highly recommended I gave four stars because of the price.

Bad horrible customer service didn't do a good job on hair cut cut hair short and made fun of me for it calling me lesbian there were two lady's both asain very rude and will never go here again castro Calley needs to get rid of this place

Yesterday 7/18, the Asian lady chopped my hair up. Has no clue on how to cut hair. Told here to leave the length & trim it now it short as hell and nothing is even cut straight or even. Worst cut ever. Never go there. Happy to help? My hair is cut off & looks like trash? How are you going to help put the hair back?

Using the app to set appointment was super easy. Magdalena cut my hair and was awesome. Store was well-lit and clean. Acknowledged as I entered and verified check in. Pleasant and courteous staff.

There ok if your in a rush. They Didn't taper my Hair right on the back. If you can hear them through the mask you can get a somewhat decent haircut. Definitely go to the one in Castro Valley.

All the haircutters I've been to there have listened carefully and done exactly as I asked. They all were very skilled. The base price is $18 for a haircut. Tip is up to you. There's a dedicated Great Clips app you can use to get on the waiting list at the location you choose and learn the updated wait time. Their model is maximize quality and convenience at a very reasonable price. That's what they deliver.

I've been going to Great Clips for a long time, many locations (even out of state)and have never been disappointed. Castro Valley is no different. They're real friendly, work fast, parking here is a breeze, and they're all very good stylists. They try to cut your hair the way you want it, and they keep a record of what you like in the computer.
